In 2011 we opened on Viale Monza with an accreditation, a phone and a handful of agencies who trusted us with the bookings that were difficult: heavy bags, fixed dates, families who could not afford to get it wrong.
Those are the bookings that teach you the business. You learn which airlines answer, which fares hold, and what happens to an agent when a ticket does not issue on a Friday evening. Fifteen years later that is still the standard we work to.
What has changed is the reach. The same discipline now runs across Europe, Africa, South Asia and North America, with the Gulf and Southeast Asia opening next.
We could have grown the headcount instead of the network. We chose the network. It means the person who answers your call already knows your agency, your credit position and the booking you are calling about.
It also means we say no to work we cannot do properly. That is not modesty. It is the reason our oldest agreements are still running.
